Mountaineer

city of Chicago parking enforcement boot, Mercury Mountaineer axle and tire, poplar, oxy/acetylene torch, aluminum serial tag, pain, poplar

Inscription on serial tag reads:

“April 30th, 2013 - With no water and little hope of survival, a mountaineer, used a pocketknife to amputate his own arm and free himself from an 800 lb. boulder that fell and trapped him for 5 days in a remote desert canyon.”
